Note: the customer site has no runtime language switcher. We deliberately build one site per market so that every string, bank and lottery matches players in that country. Need a new market? Add a build.

The layout breakpoint is at 1024px wide. A tablet in portrait gets the centered mobile layout; in landscape (iPad) it gets the PC layout with the sidebar.
